Data Deletion Instructions

How to request removal of your data from ZIEN CRM

If you connected Facebook to ZIEN CRM

When you log in to ZIEN CRM via Facebook or connect a Facebook Page, we store your Page access token and any leads submitted through your Meta Lead Forms.

To remove this data, you have two options:

  1. Remove from ZIEN CRM directly — Log in to ZIEN CRM, go to Leads Capture → Meta Lead Forms and click Disconnect next to each Facebook Page. This immediately deletes your stored page tokens and form mappings.
  2. Remove via Facebook Settings — Go to Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites, find ZIEN CRM, and click Remove.

Delete your entire ZIEN CRM account

To permanently delete your ZIEN CRM account and all associated data (leads, contacts, notes, integrations), email us at mark@ziencrm.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" from your registered email address. We will process your request within 7 business days and confirm by email when complete.

What gets deleted

  • Your account profile (name, email, phone)
  • All CRM records in your workspace (leads, notes, assignments)
  • All Meta page tokens and form mappings
  • All team and collaboration data linked to your workspace

Note: Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
